Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead client engagements using C-Track in a production setting. You will manage SLAs, build strong client relationships, and align services with customers’ goals while ensuring satisfaction and quick response to requests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in service delivery, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Hybrid work is supported with 10–20% travel in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and SMEs.
• Highly organized with problem solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, time management, risk management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with virtual teams to deliver service.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Experience with managing technical policies in the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagements with clients using C-Track in production.
• Deliver on service level agreements with assigned client(s).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and third-party partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver value.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or problems.
• Develop understanding of product offerings and align to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with groups testing and evaluating new applications to identify issues.
• Travel 10-20% as needed.
