Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee support and consulting engagements for clients using C-Track in production environments. This role stabilizes services and ensures ongoing production support while coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.

You will manage SLAs, build strong relationships, and align service delivery with customer needs. Travel is required (10–20%), with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee support and consulting engagements using C-Track in production environments.
• Lead delivery of service level agreements with assigned clients.
• Build and maintain internal and client relationships, including third-party partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver value.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or problems.
• Understand product offerings and align them with customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices.
• Travel 10–20% as required.
