Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the support and consulting services for assigned clients using C-Track solutions. You will work to stabilize production and ensure SLAs are met while collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience across service delivery, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts to facilitate consensus.
• Strong understanding of service delivery management, business operations, and customer service.

• Experience working with virtual teams to deliver services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions in production.
• Deliver on service level agreements with assigned client(s) in partnership with client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and third-party partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver the best value solution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor feedback to address issues quickly.
• Develop understanding of product offerings and how they align to customer requirements.
