Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery efforts to understand problems and opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state processes with structured analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for product and engineering teams.
• Support governance reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
• Develop insights from data and create reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams.
