Pearson is seeking a driven Business Analyst to support data-driven decisions across Product Management, School Operations, Technology, and Engineering. You will conduct discovery, document requirements, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions aligned with Pearson's priorities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements, supporting student and educator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Responsabilités

• Participate in discovery efforts to understand business problems and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into documentation for product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Support stakeholder alignment and decision documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations, Data teams, and leadership.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
