• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery efforts to understand business problems, user needs, and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for product, engineering, and operations.
• Support governance reviews and track decisions, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and create actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and School Leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Education, Technology, or related field
