Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Service Agreement Manager to oversee and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring mill-level agreements and service performance meet the contract scope and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external customers to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, 4–6 years of related experience, and readiness to travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Four to six years’ related experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in roles such as paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or service supplier to the industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent client management skills including understanding of general Project Management practices.
• 30-50% travel as part of this role.
• Background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned customer accounts ensuring mill-level agreements and service performance meet the agreement scope and customer’s complete satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal and external customers to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Check that processes are running smoothly and ensure we fulfill the requirements of service agreements to meet customer needs.
