Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Four to six years’ related experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in roles such as paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or service supplier to the industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent client management skills including understanding of general Project Management practices.
• 30-50% travel as part of this role.
• Background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Please note that this position has the opportunity to be based at any of the Valmet locations within the United States.

In this role you oversee and manage assigned customer accounts ensuring that mill level agreements and service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis you will be working closely with both internal and external customers to improve equipment performance and reliability, check that processes are running smoothly, and ensure we fulfill the requirements of service agreements to meet customer needs.

Expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or a related field
• four to six years’ related experience
• over 10 years of experience in various positions such as in training as a paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or service supplier to the industry
• equivalent combination of education and experience
