Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and oversee distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage large accounts, lead non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, negotiating prices, and collaborating with Marketing and other functions to drive CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value, coordinating with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
