You will partner with management to develop recruiting strategies, manage the full lifecycle, source passive and active candidates, and ensure regulatory compliance across staffing functions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management at all levels to provide strategic and tactical HR support in talent acquisition
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, candidate identification and selection, offer negotiation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active job seekers and build candidate pipelines
• Counsel management on recruiting policies, procedures, and compensation
