Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition in corporate, agency or blended environments.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including technical, manufacturing and corporate roles.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, assessment, interviews, offers, onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and job boards.
