Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM procurement experience on capital projects.
• Procurement training and supervisory/management experience.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and conditions; importation knowledge.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement purchasing procedures and templates for the project.
• Manage the purchasing team toward cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Prepare Bidder’s List and issue Invitations to Bid to approved bidders.
• Oversee bidding, handle technical queries and issue addenda as needed.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with client for terms.
