Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager in Houston, TX to lead the project procurement team through FEL to project execution and closeout. You will ensure effective interfaces with clients, project managers, and engineering teams, driving procurement strategies, schedules and cost control.

The role requires extensive procurement delivery experience on EPCM projects, strong leadership, and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading procurement on EPCM projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication incl. commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead project procurement team from early FEL phases to closeout.
• Interface with Client, Project Manager and other functions to meet objectives.
• Coordinate procurement disciplines and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide guidance and supervise procurement staff across contracts, expediting, logistics, and materials management.
• Report procurement status to client, Project Manager and Regional Procurement Manager.
