Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Site Contracts Manager in Pittsburgh, PA to lead a team of contract specialists and administrators on EPCM projects. You will oversee bidding, terms drafting, and contract administration from pre-award to closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive EPCM experience, contracts/Legal training, and strong procurement knowledge. Collaboration with site teams and adherence to HSE standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM project experience in a management role.
• Training in Contracts/Legal and project management.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and understanding legal implications.
• Strong procurement processes knowledge for materials and contracts.
• Knowledge of quality, environmental, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting team to achieve on-time, on-budget EPCM project delivery.
• Manage contracting processes and procurement systems.
• Draft package plans and strategy; secure client approval.
• Oversee bidding, contract award and handover to site administration.
• Manage contract changes and documentation in core systems.
• Monitor program, progress meetings, payments and claims.
• Maintain contract registers and forecast final costs and cash flow.
