Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager in Houston to lead the project procurement team across FEL to closeout, interfacing with client, PM, and engineering. You will manage Contracts, Purchasing, Expediting, Vendor Quality Surveillance, Logistics, and Materials Management to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering procurement on EPCM projects with strong PM knowledge.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and multi-location teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with contracting & purchasing savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead project procurement lifecycle from FEL to closeout across interfaces with client, PM, and engineering.
• Supervise Contracts, Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, and Materials Management teams.
• Ensure procurement aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, tools, templates, and governance.
• Coordinate with site and home offices; report progress to client and regional managers.
• Promote procurement systems usage and drive continuous improvement.
