Qualifications

Experience in EPCM environments for capital projects.
Experience drafting commercial terms and understanding legal implications.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and governance principles.

Responsibilities

Implement contract management plan and strategy for EPCM projects.
Manage bidding, contracting, and post-award activities.
Review terms and conditions and advise on special terms with contract management input.
Prepare, award, and handover contracts to site administration.
Monitor and report on forecast costs and cash flow across contracts.
Administer contractual documents and change notices in a timely manner.
