Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM project management experience on capital projects.
• Training in contracts/legal topics and project management.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and understanding legal implications.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Implements the contract management plan with the project team.
• Manages bidding processes and drafts strategy for client approval.
• Reviews contract terms; recommends special terms with contracting management.
• Prepares and awards contracts; handovers to site administration.
• Monitors progress, payments, changes, and contract closeout.
