Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of segment sales or related roles in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, networking, or AI data centers.
• Proven success building a market or segment plan, qualifying complex opportunities, inspecting pipeline, forecasting, shaping deals.
• Experience bringing enterprise software, subscription or consumption offers, support services, or platform solutions to market.
• Practical experience with AI data center infrastructure and networking; discuss customer workflows across building, simulation, validation, deployment, network orchestration, automation, operations.
• Influence account teams, product groups, engineering, OEMs, partners without formal authority.
• Clear, concise communication and sound business judgment aligning customer, technical, and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build the segment strategy, target-customer plan, pipeline, forecast, and competitive view.
• Identify and convert lighthouse customers into repeatable software and services growth.
• Develop account and partner plans for fabric management and automation software and AI infrastructure offerings.
• Shape deal strategy and remove blockers across pricing, packaging, licensing, and partner routes.
• Create scalable seller, OEM, and channel plays translating capabilities into customer value.
• Establish operating metrics for pipeline quality, product adoption, active usage, renewals, and expansion.
• Gather field feedback and close the loop with Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Represent the business with technical and executive stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
