Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Segment Sales Manager to scale software for AI factory networks. You will own the segment sales motion with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and across simulation, fabric management, automation, AI infrastructure software offerings, and adjacent software and services.

You will turn early customer demand into repeatable software and services growth, work with account teams, product, engineering, OEMs, and partners, and establish operating metrics for pipeline quality, adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years in segment sales, product sales, business development, or related enterprise software roles.
• Proven success building market/segment plans and converting demand into repeatable motion.
• Experience selling enterprise software, subscriptions/consumption, or platform solutions through direct and partner channels.
• Practical experience with AI data center infrastructure and networking; able to discuss workflows end-to-end.
• Ability to influence multiple orgs without formal authority.
• Clear, concise communication and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build segment strategy, target-customer plan, pipeline, forecast, and competitive view for NVIDIA AI factory fabric software.
• Identify lighthouse customers and scale into repeatable software and services growth.
• Develop account and partner plans for fabric management and automation software and related offerings.
• Shape deal strategy and resolve blockers across pricing, packaging, entitlement, and licensing with cross-functional teams.
• Create plays for sellers, OEMs, and channel partners translating tech into customer value.
• Establish operating metrics for pipeline quality, product adoption, and renewals; prioritize actions by signals.
• Bring field feedback to Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Support; close loop with the field.
