Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Principal Segment Sales Manager to drive software for AI factory networks. You will own segment sales with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and coordinate with account teams, product, and partners to convert early demand into paid growth.

Lead strategy, qualification, and closing of complex enterprise deals, while aligning customer value with NVIDIA’s offerings and channels. Location in Santa Clara, with competitive salary and equity options.

Qualifications

15+ years in segment or enterprise software sales, in AI data centers or cloud infrastructure.
Proven ability to build market plans, qualify opportunities, and forecast accurately.
Experience selling through direct and partner channels with repeatable motions.
Ability to discuss customer workflows across building, validation, deployment, and ops.

Responsibilities

Build segment strategy, target plan, pipeline, and forecast for NVIDIA AI factory fabric software.
Identify lighthouse customers and grow repeatable software and services revenue.
Develop account and partner plans for fabric management and automation software.
Shape deal strategy across pricing, packaging, entitlement, and licensing.
Create scalable seller and channel plays translating tech into business value.
Set operating metrics for pipeline quality, adoption, and renewals.
