Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Principal Segment Sales Manager to own the segment sales motion for AI factory software. You will align NVIDIA Cloud Partners with account teams and product leadership to turn early demand into paid software and services growth, driving value and measurable adoption across fabric management and automation offerings.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape deal strategy, and establish operating metrics while engaging executive stakeholders in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in segment/enterprise software sales, or related roles.
• Proven success building market/segment plans and forecasting.
• Experience bringing software and services to market through direct and partner channels.
• Experience with AI data center infrastructure and networking.
• Ability to influence multiple groups without formal authority.
• Clear, concise communication aligning customer, technical, and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build the segment strategy, target-customer plan, pipeline, forecast, and competitive view for NVIDIA AI factory fabric software.
• Identify and convert lighthouse customers into repeatable software and services growth.
• Develop account and partner plans for fabric management and automation software and adjacent offerings.
• Shape deal strategy and resolve blockers across pricing, packaging, licensing, and partner routes.
• Create scalable seller, OEM, and channel plays translating capabilities into measurable business value.
• Establish operating metrics for pipeline quality, product adoption, and renewals.
• Bring field feedback to Product/Engineering and close the loop with the field.
