• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience with Core Cloud Technology Services and security domains.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience explaining complex concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for strategic security partners.
• Drive Marketplace growth, ARR expansion, and pipeline generation.
• Lead executive-level partner engagement including quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate with AWS field sales, Solutions Architects, and Marketplace teams.
• Identify co-sell opportunities and accelerate adoption of AWS AI and security services.
• Manage partner revenue models, agreements, and governance for assigned partners.
• Track and report partner performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
