Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment or service industry
• Experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen
• Ability to lead dispersed teams across multi-location operations and build client relations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching and accountability
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships and satisfaction
• Oversee branch operations, ensure standards, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze KPIs and financial metrics using BI tools to maximize productivity
• Develop and implement security protocols and response plans
