Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a General Manager for the Springfield and Bloomington, IL branches. This role oversees staff and operations, partnering with the Regional VP to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across healthcare, CRE, government, and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong P&L and budget experience, leadership skills, and a focus on safety and service quality to maintain Allied Universal’s iCARE leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of management in a high-volume environment
• Associate's degree with seven years of management experience
• High School diploma with ten years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching and accountability
• Build and grow relationships with clients to understand and meet security needs
• Travel to client locations and attend industry events to strengthen relationships
• Deliver high-quality service by leading branch operations in line with standards
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency
• Identify and mitigate security risks and implement security protocols and training
