Allied Universal is hiring a General Manager for the Corpus Christi Branch Office to oversee operations, client engagement, and growth across branch sites. You will lead a team, manage financial performance, and align with iCARE leadership to deliver world-class security services to diverse clients.

Success requires a track record of leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop teams while strengthening client relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business or a related field (5 years of management experience) or
• Associate’s degree with 7 years of management experience, or
• High School diploma with 10 years of management experience in a high‑volume environment

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching, recognition, and accountability.
• Build and grow client relationships by understanding security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and industry conferences to strengthen customer relationships and address critical situations.
• Deliver high-quality service by leading branch operations while complying with policies and regulations.
• Analyze KPIs using BI tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
