You will oversee security metrics, enforce policies, and coordinate with security integrators while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance. A dynamic, team-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the private security industry.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in security management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational goals and metrics.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results.
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business by cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills to meet both client and employee growth and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
• Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry events.
• Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial reporting. Ability to interpret simple financial data and use it to support decision‑making.
• Demonstrated abilities to grasp complex electronic access control, video surveillance, and security design concepts and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient project management skills; effective planning and organizing, innovative problem solving skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills consistent with managing across a matrixed organization

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing coaching and development.
• Build and grow relationships with high-profile client representatives.
• Deliver high-quality service by overseeing Account Managers and enforcing standards.
• Analyze and drive operational metrics and KPIs using BI platforms.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop security protocols.
• Establish a culture of safety with action plans to prevent injuries.
• Ensure consistent security officer service delivery across multiple sites.
• Stay updated on operational, procedural, and systems topics affecting guard programs.
• Coordinate with client invoices and financial reviews.
• Manage security system installations and upgrades with project oversight.
• Collaborate with security integrators servicing the customer.
• Maintain flexible shift scheduling including day, swing, overnight, and weekend shifts.
