Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Branch Manager for the Tuscon, AZ branch to lead operations and client relations across multiple sites. The role collaborates with regional leadership to drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

You will manage staff, coordinate with clients, and travel to and participate in events to strengthen client partnerships and drive results.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in security, business, or related field.
• Experience managing a high-volume workforce or service operation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data/BI tools for metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an operations and support team with coaching and accountability.
• Build and grow relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and industry conferences to strengthen relationships.
• Direct branch operations to meet standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
• Identify security risks and implement protocols and training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field

Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business or related field
