Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team. You will generate qualified opportunities by executing high‑volume outbound campaigns across calling, emailing, and LinkedIn InMail, targeting senior‑level decision‑makers in the enterprise market.

You'll work within one BU: Digital Solutions, RIM, ALM, or Generalist, and partner with the BU Manager to expand whitespace and existing footprints.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales prospecting experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• 4-year College Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Execute a high‑volume, multi‑channel outbound cadence with daily touchpoints.
• Conduct front‑line discovery to qualify opportunities.
• Map buyer personas and tailor messaging for target business units.
• Partner with the assigned BU Manager to develop the pipeline.
• Document customer pain points and landscape in the CRM for smooth hand‑offs to closing reps.
