Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, govern data assets, and advise on roadmaps across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and drive governance, data quality, and transformation initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to maximize value. This role requires travel 40–60% and a strong consulting mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop data solutions and governance policies to guide immediate work areas.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Lead workstreams and manage project status, with strong risk management and client engagement.
