Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to turn data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, govern data assets, and drive data quality and migration programs across SAP landscapes.

Role requires experience in SAP data transformations, MDG and governance, with strong client‑facing and leadership skills. Travel ~40–60% is expected in a global, hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years of hands‑on SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, Data Governance).
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA transformations and data management disciplines.
• Strong communication, client‑facing presentations and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery to ensure timely, quality project outcomes.
• Engage daily with clients, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to the team and foster a collaborative environment for innovative data solutions.
• Develop scalable data governance and data quality processes across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.
