This role blends technology and business acumen, requiring collaboration with clients, steering teams, and delivering scalable data solutions while traveling up to 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines and ECC/S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to lead SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
• SAP certifications in MDG, S/4HANA, Data Services are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to your team and manage engagement economics.
