Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions supporting sales and revenue operations. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to deliver automation and integrations.

Ideal candidate has hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST API integrations, and modern deployment practices. This remote US role offers strong compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Apex, triggers, asynchronous processing, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing and maintaining REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• Experience with Git and Bitbucket, including branching and code reviews.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and deployment tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado).
• Experience writing Apex test classes and maintaining high-quality code.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and async processes.
• Build modern UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.
• Configure Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, Campaigns, and related objects.
• Design and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (Gong, HubSpot, Salesloft).
• Build Salesforce–HubSpot bi-directional integrations with field mappings and data sync.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce applications, integrations, automation, and data issues.
• Write unit tests and ensure Apex code meets Salesforce testing and deployment requirements.
• Participate in Git-based development and CI/CD workflows (branching, PRs, reviews, deployments).
• Follow best practices around governor limits, bulkification, security, and scalability.
• Explore AI capabilities to improve Salesforce workflows and data quality.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in discovery, solution discussions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
• Maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to deliver cross-system solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
