Job summary
WorkWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will automate manual processes, manage complex integrations, and continuously optimize our Salesforce instance to stay robust and secure.
You will partner with business leaders to remove bottlenecks, implement AI-driven improvements, and lead governance, data integrity, and lifecycle management across the CRM ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience supporting revenue and services with Quote-to-Cash knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) PSA/ERP workflows is highly preferred.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist a plus).
Responsibilities
- System Administration & Governance across the Salesforce org.
- Maintain system health: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, apply patches.
- Ensure data integrity: data audits, migrations, data hygiene.
- Manage user access and security: roles, permissions, access controls.
- Refactor legacy configuration and reduce technical debt, obsolete automation.
- Partner with leadership on AI initiatives to boost efficiency.
