Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to drive design across enterprise domains and modernization initiatives. You will partner with IT, product teams, and executives to align technology with business goals, focusing on Salesforce, ERP ecosystems, and data-driven transformation.

You will shape architecture standards, govern complex integrations, and mentor teams while delivering scalable, secure solutions for a healthcare-focused platform used by thousands of provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect.
• Experience leading large Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Proven ability to align business needs with technology solutions.
• TOGAF/Archimate/C4 experience and security architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for enterprise architecture under leadership.
• Lead architecture delivery for large-scale transformation programs.
• Drive Salesforce and ERP architecture strategy, standards, and patterns.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Coordinate architecture reviews and governance across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with data, integration, and solution architects on roadmaps.
• Develop target state architectures and assess gaps against goals.
• Support data integrity, security, and compliance in designs.
• Foster a learning culture within the architecture discipline.
