Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture, solution engineering, or enterprise application design.
• Hands-on delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities and security/sharing models.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end technology solutions aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead architecture governance across boards, standards, guardrails, and reviews.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, specs, prototypes, and implementation-ready deliverables.
• Define Salesforce integration approach and align API strategy with partners and systems.
• Collaborate with data, security, and release teams to align CRM data model and platform roadmap.
• Drive engineering quality, testing, documentation, and performance improvements.
