Premise Health is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, governance, and scalability of the Salesforce platform across the enterprise. You will define the architecture roadmap, oversee cross-system integrations, and enforce security and developer standards while guiding in-house and potentially external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Salesforce architect certifications or progression toward CTA pathway.
• 8+ years in Salesforce with 2+ years as architect/tech lead.
• Experience with enterprise-scale integration and large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture framework for Salesforce platform alignment with business goals.
• Lead development standards, governance, and design patterns across teams.
• Own end-to-end solution design and architectural reviews before development.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools (AppExchange) and enterprise services.
• Mentor senior developers and govern DevOps, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Balance declarative vs. programmatic solutions and optimize performance.
• Communicate technical concepts to executive leadership.
