You will architect technology solutions and work with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting and 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects, with strong design, data, integration, and security skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills
• Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented and quick to learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop materials for varied audiences
• Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate with diverse roles
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Resourceful and innovative thinker
• Strong experience in Integration concepts, designs and patterns

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value
• Communicate clearly and teach complex concepts to others
• Identify and manage risk areas to drive issue resolution
• Negotiate solutions with customers and partners
• Review project directions to keep programs on track
• Collaborate with Delivery Mangers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform
