Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design, deliver, and continuously improve our Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce. This role coaches engineers and solution designers, raises architectural standards, and applies AI-first approaches with Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.

You will work with Architects to resolve business and technical challenges, ensuring solutions align with enterprise taxonomy and domain roadmaps, while shaping the future of healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required).
• Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proven experience producing HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams, and managing architecture and system roadmaps.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions: quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain.
• Partner with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction and solve complex challenges.
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level designs and diagrams for clear communication.
• Manage architecture and system roadmaps for Product-to-Cash landscape.
• Define, maintain, and enforce platform standards across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build Proofs of Concepts to validate design decisions before delivery.
• Design and govern cross-system integrations with the integration team.
• Provide hands-on RCA/CPQ coaching including configuration patterns.
• Own end-to-end architecture of Product-to-Cash lifecycle: quoting, contracting, ordering, invoicing, revenue, etc.
• Architect and govern billing system and billing platform including invoicing and revenue recognition.
