Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce core products and platform.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping with a Solution Architect and Sr. Consultant as needed.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and define scoped work.
• Create Solution Design Documentation including user stories and data models.
• Build and deliver solutions using Salesforce and Crowe best practices.
• Lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight from SA/SC.
