Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, sales support, business analysis, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise leadership and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities and resources to ensure timely deliverables and milestones.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes using project management methodologies.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive communications among internal stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor project controls, processes, and quality standards.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, maintenance of technology systems and business solutions.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and operational performance measurement.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Serve as PM and business operations resource for Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
