Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Account Management Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and contract support for the Professional Services team and B.E. Smith Account Managers.

You will serve as a liaison between internal departments and the Interim Leadership business, ensuring accurate account setup and compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail, CRM proficiency, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of administrative support or operations coordination experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Interim Leader PTRs upon placement records in Salesforce.
• Review SOWs and placement records for completeness and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate contract approvals with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Process contract modifications, extensions, and addendums within SLAs.
• Maintain travel allowance and compensation data within placement records.
