Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Coordinator II, Sales Support to coordinate projects for Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions. YouWill manage plans, timelines and communications, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive operational excellence.

You will support reporting, data analysis and system enhancements while identifying process improvements that boost efficiency and outcomes. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, sales support, business analysis, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise leadership to support strategic initiatives and goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities and resources to meet deliverables and milestones.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes using PM methods.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive project communications.
• Lead implementation, maintenance, and administration of technology systems.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and operational performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Serve as PM and operations resource for Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to procedures.
