Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow small-to-mid size accounts, manage distribution, and engage large customers. The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering technical solutions across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, or email.

You will develop forecasts, lead price negotiations, and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and marketing to achieve volume and value targets. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to shape sales decisions and new product opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and price strategy in line with business goals.
