Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium customers, managing distribution, and engaging large accounts.

You will handle non-selling processes and build strong relationships with key influencers, while leading negotiations and price strategies. You will generate leads, define sales territories, and develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
