• Assess department strengths and improvements using observations and 360 feedback.
• Create tailored coaching plans with timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide guidance.
• Set goals and action plans aligned to org objectives.
• Deliver ongoing training on consultative selling and active listening.
• Organize workshops on service and sales topics.
• Identify performance gaps and implement productivity improvements.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to refine coaching strategies.
• Promote ethical engagement across leaders and departments.
• Encourage continual development and adapt responsibilities as needed.
