Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Retail Banking team lead to coach and develop a team of Retail Banking Advisors across multiple locations, including Richardson. You will set clear performance expectations and drive onboarding and client service excellence.

You will recruit, onboard, and train officers; monitor outbound activity; oversee operations for compliance; and partner with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships and the digital onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or other relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in client service or operations.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Banking Advisors; set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Officers; ensure product knowledge and system proficiency.
• Monitor outbound calling activity; ensure targets for call volume and onboarding are met.
• Oversee the Financial Solutions Office operations; maintain professional and compliant standards.
• Ensure Officers' onboarding, account setup, and funding meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Officers to de-escalate concerns and implement solutionsthat strengthen client relationships.
• Track and report team performance using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with product, technology, onboarding, and marketing to improve Digital Onboarding.
