Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Advisor Leader to inspire and mentor a multi-location team. You will drive performance, lead onboarding and client service initiatives, and ensure compliant operations across the Financial Solutions Office.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate Officers while collaborating with product, technology, and marketing partners to enhance the Digital Onboarding channel and overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) or related field preferred.
• Retail banking experience and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of bank security protocols and operations.
• Proven ability to drive change and align staff with strategic priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Banking Advisors; set clear performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews; identify training needs and coordinate development.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Officers; ensure product knowledge and system proficiency.
• Monitor outbound calling activity; ensure Officers meet call volume and onboarding targets.
• Oversee the Financial Solutions Office operations; maintain professional and compliant standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve the Retail Banking Digital Onboarding channel and client transitions.
