You will lead full-cycle recruiting, source via LinkedIn and Indeed, manage 15–20 open requisitions, and consult with leaders to shape strategy and offers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to balance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume settings.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills with a focus on culture fit.
• Ability to consult with leaders, influence decisions, and manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Build pipelines by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Drive progress toward monthly hiring goals while balancing speed and quality.
• Consult with hiring leaders to shape recruiting strategy and offer decisions.
• Screen, interview, and advance candidates using our ATS and standards.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage approximately 15–20 open requisitions with organized priorities.
