Qualifications

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions.
• Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and recruiting best practices to hiring managers.
• Lead salary analysis, offers, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment system records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team to share strategies and resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Provide market insights and recruiting best practices to hiring managers.
• Lead salary analysis and offer negotiations with candidates.
