Compass International Holdings in New York is seeking a Sales Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for the Sales (Strategic Growth) team. The role is fully onsite, partnering with hiring managers to design sourcing and recruiting strategies for multiple positions.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with candidates and business partners, leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, and act as a brand ambassador to attract top sales talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast- paced, high volume sales environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent, including candidates not actively seeking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process end-to-end: sourcing, interview guidance, offer extensions, negotiations and closing candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Drive talent strategy across stakeholders.
